الملخص باللغة العربية
جاءت هذه الرسالة في خمسة فصول؛ تسبقها المقدمة وتنتهي بالخاتمة، وتناولت المقدمة عدة محاور هي موضوع الدراسة وأهميته، وتحديد منطقة الدراسة، والتقسيم الإداري لمنطقة الدراسة، وأسباب اختيار الموضوع، والدراسات السابقة، وأهداف الدراسة، ومداخل وأساليب الدراسة، ومصادر الدراسة، ومراحل الدراسة، وصعوبات الدراسة ومحتويات الدراسة.
تتكون الدراسة من خمسة فصول، تسبقها مقدمة وتنتهي بالخاتمة بها أهم النتائج والتوصيات، ثم ذيلت بالملاحق، والمصادر والمراجع.
وذلك على النحو التالي: بدأت الدراسة بمقدمة تناولت موضوع الدراسة وأهميته، وحدود منطقة الدراسة، والتقسيم الإدارى لها، وأسباب اختيار الموضوع، والدراسات السابقة، وأهداف الدراسة، والمناهج والأساليب التي اعتمدت عليها الدراسة، ومصادر الدراسة، ومراحل الدراسة، ومحتوى الدراسة وأخيراً صعوبات الدراسة.
يلى ذلك الفصل الأول وعنوانه ”العوامل الطبيعية والبشرية المؤثرة في منطقة الدراسة ” وتضمن:
دراسة هذه العناصر مع بيان أثر هذا العوامل على تشكيل طبيعة مناخ منطقة الدراسة ومدى تأثيره بالسلب أو بالايجاب، وتتنوع مابين عوامل طبيعية كالموقع والمنخفضات الجوية ومظاهر السطح ونهر النيل والكتل الهوائية.
وكذلك العوامل البشرية والتي لها أكبر الأثر كون القاهرة قطاع كبير من واحد من أكبر المجمعات الحضرية عالميا مما له دوره في ظهور أثر هذه العوامل مجتمعة على مناخ القاهرة فالسكان واستخدامات الأرض المختلفة السائدة إضافة لدور وسائل النقل الخطير والذي يتداخل مع عناصر التلوث الأخرى بما يجعل من القاهرة في مجملها أرخبيلاً حرارياً ويتجلى ذلك بصفة خاصة خلال نتائج محطات العباسية والجيزة.
ثم الفصل الثاني وتناول تحليل عناصر المناخ المؤثرة على الأمراض بمحافظة القاهرة حيث تم تناول الاشعاع الشمسي والحرارة ”متوسطة وعظمى وصغرى ” والرياح والرطوبة ويتجلى ذلك بصفة خاصة من خلال نتائج محطات كالعباسية والجيزة والتي تختلف جذرياً عنها فى المحطات الأخرى كمطار القاهرة والماظة والقطامية وبهتيم والتي تتركز على حواف منطقة الدراسة.
أما الفصل الثالث فكان بعنوان المناخ والراحة الفسيولوجية لجسم الإنسان في محافظة القاهرة حيث تم تطبيق العديد من المعايير المناخية لبيان نطاقات الراحة والارهاق المناخي ومن أهم المعايير المتبعة قرينة توم وباسل ومعيار أوليفر ومعيار تيرجنج.
ثم الفصل الرابع وهو دراسة أصولية للعلاقات المناخية للأمراض وتطور هذه العلاقة في عدة عصور تاريخية، معرفة كيفية تنظيم حرارة الجسم فسيولوجيا، توضيح أثر عناصر المناخ والبيئة الحيوية على الأمراض بصورة أكثر تفصيلاً ثم التطرق إلى العلاقات الفصلية للأمراض لكونها العلاقة الرئيسية لارتباط العديد من الأمراض بها، وتحديد الأمراض المناخية حسب تصنفيها المرضي.
مع توضيح أهم نتائج التغيرات المناخية على صحة الانسان.
وتناول الفصل الخامس تحليل العلاقات بين عناصر المناخ المختلفة كمياً بدراسة التطور العددي للمرضي ومعادلة الارتباط بين عناصر المناخ سنوياً وفصلياً وشهرياً و6 من الأمراض الشائعة فى منطقة الدراسة.
وفي نهاية الدراسة جاءت الخاتمة متضمنة أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها، ثم التوصيات والمقترحات التي تقترحها للتغلب على المشكلات التي عرضت أبعادها وخصائصها خلال فصول الدراسة، ويأمل الباحث أن تُؤخذ في الاعتبار من أجل النهوض بمستقبل صحة الإنسان في منطقة الدراسة، وبنهاية الدراسة أدرجت قائمة بالمصادر والمراجع التي اعتمدت عليها.

Thesis Abstract
The Impact of Climate on some Human Diseases in Cairo Governorate
- Study in Applied Climatology
This Thesis consists of 5 chapters preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion. The introduction deals with several points including of a discussion the study and its importance. It defines the area of study and its administrative division, the reasons for choosing the subject, the previous studies, the aims of the study, the approach and methods of the study, the resources of the study, the stages of the study, the problems (limitations) of the study and finally the content of the study.
The first chapter, a study of physical and human factors affecting the study region includes studying these elements and their effects on forming the climate of Cairo and its positive or negative effects.
Generally these human factors has a great effect because Cairo is a large sector and one of the biggest urban megapolices all over the world.Population and the Prevailing land uses in addition to the role of transportation which Affects and interferes with the other elements of pollution.
By the way Cairois not only a heat island but also a heat Archipelago.
Then, the second chapter analyzes the elements of climate that affect ona diseases in Cairo Governorate such as Solar radiation, heat “moderate /max/min” temperature , humidity and wind This is especially evident through the results of stations such as Abbasiyah and Giza, which differ radically from other stations such as Cairo airport, AlMaza, Qatamiya and Bahtim, which are concentrated on the edges of the study area.
After that, The Third Chapter Where many climatic factors have been applied to demonstrate comfort and climatic effects, and the most important factors are Tom &Basil, Oliver and Terjeung.
Next, the fourth chapter A fundamental study of the climatic relations of diseases and the development of this relationship in several historical periods, know how to regulate body temperature physiologically, to clarify the impact of elements of the climate and the biological environment on diseases in more detail and then address the relationships of seasonal diseases like the main relationship of many diseases, based on their classification.Highlighting the major consequences of climate change for human health.
On the other hand, the Fifth chapter Analyzes the relationship between different climatic elements quantitatively by studying the numerical development of patients and the correlation between climate elements annually & quarterly & monthly and 6 common diseases in the study area.
At The end of the study, the conclusion presents the most important findings of the study. Then, the recommendations and suggestions of the study that we should take into consideration for overcoming the problems which we mentioned their dimensions and properties through the previous chapters ………………. Finally, a list has been attached which includes the sources and references.
