والأطفال ناقصي الوزن في أقضية محافظة ديالى

الملخص:
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة واقع الولادات في مستشفيات محافظة ديالى لعام (2009) والتي بلغت (41472) ولادة منها (25052) ولادة في المستشفى بنسبة (60,407%) و(16420) ولادة كانت مسجلة في البيت بلغت نسبتها (39,593%) ... وفضلاً عن ذلك تناولت الدراسة الأطفال ناقصي الوزن والبالغ عددهم (1750) طفلاً، وعدد وفيات الأطفال دون سن الخامسة بـ (213) طفلاً، مع الإشارة إلى تباين الأقضية في كل مؤشر وعلاقة ذلك بالخدمات الصحية.
تجدر الإشارة الى أن عدد الولادات الحية للعام (2009) في المحافظة وصلت إلى (26778) ولادة أي بنسبة (3,078%) من عموم العراق. شكل عدد الإناث (12994) أي بنسبة (48,5%) والذكور بنسبة (51,5%) من مجمل ولادات المحافظات، في حين ارتفعت الولادات الحية (ذكور وإناث) في العام (2010) إلى (42471) ولادة حية والتي شكلت نسبة (4,341%) من مجموع الولادات الحية في المحافظات، أما وفيات الأطفال الرضع فبلغت في سنة (2009) (665) حالة وشكلت (2,540%) من مجموع وفيات الرضع في العراق، في حين انخفضت في العام (2008) إلى (630) حالة والتي شكلت نسبته ( 2,005% ) من مجموع وفيات الرضع في العراق وقد وقف وراء هذا التباين المكاني والزماني عوامل طبيعية وبشرية تمت الإشارة إليها في متن البحث، وقد أوصت الدراسة بتوصيات لرسم خارطة طريق للحفاظ على صحة الطفل والأم وتقليل الوفيات. في حين اتبعت الدراسة المنهج المقارن للولادات ووفيات الأطفال الرضع وناقصي الوزن في محافظة ديالى لعام (2009). أما مصادر المعلومات فكانت من وزارة الصحة ووزارة التخطيط .
Abstract
Spatial Variation of the Births and Deaths of Under Five and Underweight Children in the Districts of Diyala Province: A Comparative Study

This study aims at investigating the births in the hospitals of Diyala Province in the year 2009 which reached 41472. The births in the hospitals reached 25052 which form 60.407%. While the births at home reached 16420 which forms 39.593%. The study also dealt with underweight children which reached 1750 as well as the deaths of the children under the age of five which reached 213 with the reference to the variation of in the districts in each variable and the relation with health services.
It is worth mentioning that the successful births in the province in 2009 reached 26778 which forms 3.078% of the total births in Iraq. The number of females was 12994 that is 48.5% while the males 51.5% of the total births in the province. The amount of successful births (males and females) has raised in 2010 to reach 42471 that formed 4.341% of the total successful births in Iraq. The deaths among infants in 2009 reached 665 which formed 2.005% of the grand total in Iraq. There are many natural and human factors behind this chronological and spatial variation that were mentioned in the study. The study has recommended drawing a roadmap for preserving child and mother health and reducing fatalities. The study followed the comparative method in calculating the births and the deaths of infants and underweight children in Diyala province in 2009. The sources of the data came from the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Planning.
